this is such a great find, a lovely hole in the wall place with a comfortable ambiance you can’t beat. i got the hot dog combo with a chocolate malt, and everything was so cheap with large portions. hope to come back!
Great hot dogs! Everyone was super friendly and personable. I got the 2 hot dog special with a drink, spent about $10. I ordered the hot dogs different one with onions, one without and they double checked with me to make sure they made everything correct. Great customer service! Will be back!
Been going to mickeys since I was a kid, I'd always get the 2 hot dog special with fries, and some fudge icecream. They're the best in town and we're my favorite place to eat, Id go every weekend. Excellent food, Can't wait to go back

Mickey's is a classic Chicago Dog/Beef restaurant at its finest. Decor of Cubs, old RC signs, Vennia Beef signs, as well quick in and out even when busy. The two hot dog and fries combo is authentic tasting and made. As well as friendly staff that makes you want to come back for more. Would highly recommend if you are in the Villa Park area as it is the go to Hot Dog spot in this suburb for 40+ years. This is the real deal if you want an authentic Chicagoland area hot dog experience!

Tastes great, Fast , very reasonable prices and owner is always making sure the employees know what they are doing, plus he employees many young workers who need a job and want to work. Never an incorrect order.Food: 5/5
This was the most horrible meal I have ever had and it was an unbelievable embarrassment to guests. Ordered a hot dog - bun was stale and had an odd flavor, practically no mustard, a small chunk of tomato and thin slice of pickle. Couldn't eat it. Both beef sandwiches were dry as a bone with stale bread. I called to complain and they blamed the delivery company for the horrible food. It was not cold or late - it was horrible food. It was ordered about 3:30, and had to be leftover lunch food. Person who answered phone was rude and hung up on me when I wouldn't accept that bad food could not be the driver's fault.
Usually not very bad. But its been getting worse everytime i go for lunch sadly. Today the server was ringing me up. I handed him my card. As im waiting for him to process the transaction, im holding my food at the counter. The boss agressively grabs my food that i am holding and shoves it to the side of the counter and tells me to move. I was checking out. Why would get out the way, if you have my card. Terrible experience to see such aggression from managment
I come here for lunch when I'm at work. The employee's are very nice. And the food is reasonable and good. Always get a shake or the hot dog special. Two hot dogs and fries. Great food
