Michigan House Cafe & Brew Pub

First I will say the food was great, we had lunch and ordered paninis with sides of homemade chips. My reason for only 2 stars was that service was slow and unapologetic. For as small as this bar is and 2 waitresses and a bartender no reason for this. Also all beers seemed to be out of stock, tried to order 5 different beers before giving up on getting any good beers. Rather then being told what they did have I was just left to guess then try again. Overall service took away from the good food.

I've been there a couple of times. They are always out of most of their house beers. I ordered their home made chips to start last time I was there... They were so old tasting that I decided not to order a meal. Awesome building, but that's about it.

So darn good! I only come here for burgers and beers and I have never been let down.

This is the second time we went here. Great food and super friendly service! Cool decoration as well!

Came to sample the beer. They only had two available on tap, Smooth Trail Pale Ale and Keweenaw Cowboy. I wasn't wowed by either. Really wanted to try the Oatmeal Espress Stout. Had the Lucky Dog brat that was wrapped in bacon and a side of house made chips. Really good.
