Special thanks to Milo who was very helpful finding a chalk pen for embroidery patterns. The first sales rep gave a low energy response that was not at all useful. Milo helped me choose the items I needed and also obtained products for another customer that required looking through bins to find the T-shirts she needed. Her effort and positive attitude were much appreciated.
Excellent one stop shop for art supplies and a very informative customer support. From acrylics to oils, brushes, canvases, readymade frames, custom frames and stretcher bars and many more. In the framing section it'll be an experience to be attended to by Nicky.
Michael’s outlet is exceptionally well-organized and clean, creating a welcoming shopping environment. The staff are friendly, approachable, and always ready to assist. They offer a wide variety of quality products, ensuring there’s something for everyone. It’s clear they prioritize customer satisfaction. I highly recommend visiting—you won’t be disappointed!
I recently asked my parents to purchase a few hoodies and shirts for me and even though they didn't have a Michaels membership, they had my phone number and email to use to input for checkout. The problem I found suspicious was that I also gave them the code for a one time discount of 40% off a regular price item that I got from the Michaels website, which regularly works for me whenever I need to visit the store. However, my parents had a hard time claiming the discount as one of the staff members told them they needed my membership number for some odd reason. I've always only had to rely on my phone or email to use my membership so I don't really know why the staff member couldn't just apply the discount for them? Especially since shoppers can use the code for a discount as a guest when buying online. An unusual experience as I've never had a problem using a discount code from time to time, but then again I mostly go to other Michaels stores and not this particular branch.
Black Friday morning 2024, I went to buy a sewing machine from this branch and get the benefit of promotion. I faced with a bad tempered cashier. She not only misguided me about the promotion but also her saying “Jesus” meant some sort of disrespect to customer who needed her assistance.nI left the place and went to another branch of Michaels. I was surprised when I got the promotion discount and warm response of the employees in that branch. I recommend everyone to try other branches.
