I called on Saturday to check for an item. Step was very helpful and made sure she had stock. Step had the items waiting for me. I called 35 mins before closing and I wasn’t going to reach there until 30 mins 5 mins to close she said that she will be there and happy to help. Got there she even helped me pick up some needles and additional material. She wasn’t upset or annoyed that I was there closer to closing. Her team two others was supportive and was happy to help. I greatly appreciate the level of customer service. None of them complained. I wanted to let their manager know that these employees are amazing. Highly recommend this location.
I went to find some iron on patches, could only find a few on the wall so I went to ask an employee. When I asked if that was all they had or if there was more somewhere else she responded with “i dont know, I guess”. She could’ve said let me check, let me ask someone, let me find someone else who has more knowledge in that area of the store. She was very young and honestly there was hardly anyone around to ask anyways. Disappointed with the customer service here.
I had a very positive experience with the male cashier whose name I believe is Matthew. He was very kind and patient, and went above and beyond to help me use a coupon when I didn’t know any better. It showed a lot of honesty on his part, which is what breeds customer loyalty!
Great variety of products. Halloween and Christmas are there yet. The store have public washroom. Plenty home decorations and materials for crafts. Every weekend they have products with discount. You can find a lot of items for your decorations nThat's one of my favorite store, I can stay inside for hours.nPlenty items for Christmas many colors to choose and excelent prices in Christmas trees .nYou can find toys, baking items, coloring books, colors, crayons, yard and many others materials for any craft. Get ready to explore your creativity.nDuring the weekend they offer many courses for a good price.nThe store is follow the COVID 19 health protocol. You have to wear mask all the time.
Great food ! Nice atmosphere. Definitely coming back
