Store is usually kept quite clean. Helpful staff can always be found without too much trouble. Parking never a problem. They always have what I’ve gone there for or something comparable.
I wanted to buy an item and use a coupon. They refused to let me use the coupon telling me it was an every day low price item except the place where I took it from had no indicator that it was a low price item. The cashier said it was indicated in a different isle for other items of that brand and so I couldn’t have the coupon. Even though I pointed to her the whole area with the item had no indicators it was refused.nNormally if it’s not indicated they’re still supposed to give it to you but she refused. They can’t even follow general policies.
Good selection and very knowledgeable staff. Always have the items on promo or sale. Well stocked.
The Canadians site of Micheal have been hacked. Don't use it!!!
My idea of paper heaven! The store is clean and it's easy to find help if you're looking for something in particular. I don't have trouble being served in English. That goes a long way these days.
