I attempted to use your new self-service checkout. It took over 15 minutes to try to complete a single-item purchase where a human teller would’ve had everything done in two minutes. I left the item on the counter and will not be going back. Best of luck meeting your shareholders’ targets for this quarter.
Helpful staff, awesome app for coupons and discounts and clean well organized layout in store. You need to ring your own stuff in and I really do not like that they don’t have cashiers, so for that reason I rate it low.nn60%off all fake flowers and greenery garland. Such a good deal for my DIY craft
I don't shop at Michaels in Moncton often and we purchased a small tree over the weekend. Today I needed to return it as it was too large for what we were using it for. So I packaged it up carefully the exact same way we got it. Head to the store and only one cash is open and a few people in line. I quietly wait off to the side and a person is telling me I need to get in line. Come to find out, she is an off duty staff, who would know until she goes to the cashier and proceeds to point me out and speak to her about me in front of the customer the cashier was serving. I patiently wait for my turn, the supervisor snaps the box from me and proceeds to question why i am returning it and then tells me they dont return trees if the box has been opened! At no time were we told this and how are you supposed to see if it works or not. They took it back, made me wait extra and were rude. The cashier herself was the only nice one!
Nice store, lots of selections but shelves were a bit sparce when I went not sure if they were waiting on a shipment or something? Staff are friendly and helpful. Great place to buy art and craft supplies.
I always enjoy going through this store.nBoth my wife, Pat, and I stepped in to pick-up attachments for creating wrist bands.nWe already have the banding using fish line I acquired.nPat already has the various letters obtained from a local Dollar store as well as a nice container for holding all the bits.nI used their public bathroom customers use only I'm guessing, though I didn't notice signage. Always clean inside.nAfterwards I took my time finding elusive Pat since I always enjoy seeing what's new, what's for sale and anything I might need for home use in this wonderful store.nOnce we met up, we both went off looking for the clasps though Pat didn't mind my stopping to look at their model selection on route.nHaving done an almost complete circle we did find various clasps to the right of cashiers.nAn attendant did offer help once there but was unessesary at the time. I know the staff here is gracious with their assistance but, as I've stated, I do enjoy browsing.
