The staff are friendly and very accommodating. They keep up to date with all the latest trends and techniques.
Michael always comes up with something fresh and interesting to do with my hair. Color and style, he's rates high marks on both.

Very professional, very friendly and well educated staff. It also has one of the best colourists ever (shout out to Michelle). It smells amazing, always clean, even in the winter months. Everyone is extremely kind and welcoming and it honestly just feels like a second home. I suffer from a very bad anxiety disorder, and social anxiety, and not once have I felt overwhelmed.

Great atmosphere.  Friendly knowledgeable staff.  You get exactly the  cut you want.  I love going there.  Betty is wonderful.

Michael and his staff are true professionals. There is absolutely no question this is hands-down the best Salon in Thunder Bay
