My partner and I have been shopping around for some time now for an engagement ring and have been feeling a little discouraged about the lack of knowledge from staff and quality of assistance from other retailers and Michael Hill locations. We met with Pearl from the White Oaks location and she was so incredibly helpful and encouraging! She understood what we wanted and made lots of helpful suggestions while also bringing us a bit out of our comfort zone in terms of ring style. She is fun, knowledgeable and very helpful. Highly recommend meeting with Pearl!
I never do any Google reviews ever. But this one I had to. Went to the Masonville location for a specific ring and all 3 of their sales team told me that I can’t pre order the specific ring to the desired size by resizing or making a custom ring orderthe customer chat said I could when I gave them the ring details. Ended up at the white oaks locations to order it. Wow! The best customer service from ‘Jasmine’ and ‘Rafi’. Both of them are very welcoming and showed excellent customer service with good communication. They did the order in like 10mins we were there. Really happy I could order the ring.
Extremely rude customer service on Black Friday night, felt very belittled by the two employees at the counter as they would not even make eye contact or look up at me when I was politely asking a question. One of them proceeded with their rude and unfriendly tone, giving one word answers. Something needs to be done about employees like these, completely ruined my shopping experience.
We brought my wife's jewelry in for an inspection, Ed and Pearl were absolutely amazing chatting with the kids and handling our experience with great care. Top-notch service makes loyal customers. Thanks.
This location white oaks Michael Hill is the best location to visit for anything you need from cleaning to repairs and purchases. We visited last Sunday for just a cleaning of my ring. Store is so busy but we enjoyed watching Pearl how she handles the situation. She acknowledge everyone genuinely and i swear she is fast. Everyone she help is leaving with a smile. I admire this girl so much how amazing she is in what she does. That trip was just a cleaning but we ended up buying a 2 diamond wedding bands. Thank you so much for all your help Pearl.
I have been looking for a gold chain for quite some time. However, Pearl was able to help me find the right one and at a reasonable price. I am happy and completely satisfied with my gold chain. Thank you again, Pearl. You’re amazing!
Very disappointed with the service had my 3 rings resized and new claws put on engagement ring spent close to $1000. Year and a half later the claws need to be re-done, brought the rings back in and because they have switched the company that they have do this they won't fix mine because they weren't purchased there.
Most of my jewelries are from this store and every time I visit Pearl helps me. She's amazing and very helpful! The other staff are nice too. Couldn't ask for a better service. 5 stars all the way!

This place is wonderful! I was wanting to go to Barrie's Michelle Hill but they never answered my phone call. The London location answered it right away, was very personable and was extremely plesent! When we had went to pick up a full wedding set, and two watches, one of the staff had automatically said that they'd stay an hour late to make sure we got our beloved belongings. Everyone in this location knew that we were coming from almost 4 hours away and loved our comorady. These guys are fantastic! I highly recommend London's White Oaks Mall Michael Hill to anyone. They not only did the best work that I've ever seen, but they fixed my watch that had been to a jewelers 4 times without question.
