Kaitlyn was the most professional and sweetest ultrasound technician I've ever had. She made sure I was comfortable and was very good at communicating! The front receptionists were also very kind!
Yesterday experience was 10/10. I did not wait at all. As soon as I registered with a very friendly receptionist I was taken inside. Nurse helped me to feel comfortable and get me ready for my injection. The cherry on the cake was my doctor and his technician. They made me feel very, very comfortable. Procedure was quick and not so painful. This was my 8-th cortisone injection and trust me I have seen and experienced a lot. Thank you so much for your professionalism and care.
I brought my mom here for cortisone injection for her knee. The petite lady with short brunette hair was responsible for performing the xray portion. This technican was very rude and inpatient...inisisting to make my mom stand and balance for the xray even though she is a senior and disabled. Then when my mom couldn't keep her balance, the technican got upset and said "well! We HAVE to put her on the table now." She then proceeded abruptly move my mom's leg around....exercising no patience or gentleness at all. Not only did we feel rushed, we felt disrespected. I won't take my mom to the HYS MIC ever again. I will rather drive further and go to to the Terra Losa MIC.
I use MIC at a few different locations for my Facet Joint Injections. I am Mostly Completely Satisfied with all locations. This last visit at Hy's was Awesome Very little wait in the waiting area. And once i got taken to the change room I barely had time to get my Gown on before I was taken for the Injection. The Ladies up front are great and so are all the Assistants The Dr who did my Injection is the "ABSOLUTE BEST" He is done in no time and I never know if he actually does the procedure as there is ZERO pain He is the BEST he has Injected me a few times, I wish I could request him to do all my Future Injections Bob
terrible experience. doctor unwilling to listen. just rush you through like cattle. I was there for cordizone shot in hip.told me how it felt would not accept what I was trying to explain about the pain I've been there three times, once only once was my experience close to being called acceptable. i only went there because of my limited mobility . will do everything possible to go somewhere else if i can. do not use these people. it's those few who ruin the experience and they have too many of them.
We felt it was important to give a review. An appointment was supposed to be booked at this location for a bone scan. We were unaware that it was booked at the south side location in error. We were greeted by Wendy at the front desk who immediately spoke to Amber to see if anything could be done to accommodate my mom. If not, we would have to rebook at this location as she in a wheelchair and transportation is only one of the issues she faces. Turns out, they were able to complete the process for the scan start to finish and send the results off to her Dr. This process takes approximately 4 hours and they had to make sure they have the staff. We appreciate the extra effort that was taken and thank both ladies as well as the others that were involved. Everyone we met in that office was very kind. This meant a lot.
I don't tend to review places, but the ultrasound tech I had I don't remember his name was absolutely amazing. I honestly have never had a better medical experience. He made sure I was comfortable and consenting every step of the way, checked that he was using the correct name, and did not unnecessarily gender anything. The wait time was a little long, but there were a couple of things to sort out with my requisition so given that it wasn't inappropriately long and all of the staff were lovely.
My appointment happened right on time, and the clinic was very clean. My ultrasound tech was super gentle and made my experience as comfortable and quick as possible, I wish I could remember her name as I’d definitely recommend her! Will be going to MIC Hys for any future ultrasounds.
Came for an ultrasound, got seen in a timely manner. The tech was very nice,but compared to other locations she seemed too gentle and a little unsure. However she took her time and attempted to get pictures even though baby wasn’t in a good position for anything.
I had a great experience with the staff I met. The wait time was about 25 mins though but Jessilyn's professionalism was awesome. She was super nice and took her time to explain everything to us and made us feel super comfortable. I wish she'd be my permanent sonographer throughout this pregnancy. Great job Jess!!
