Absolutely amazing. We came from Stony Plain and happened to be just under an hour early for the appointment. They took my ID and within 2 minutes I was taken to the change area to get ready for the MRI. The staff were fantastic and I was finished my MRI before my actual appointment was to have started. Efficiency at its finest. Great Job!!!
Today I had a procedure done at MIC Century Park. I just want to thank the whole team there! Starting with the lady at the reception, Heather, Jason and Dr Taher! Everybody involved in my procedure today did really their best! I felt so welcome and very well accommodated. Everything went well and all the people were very nice! Toddler had to get x-rays and an ultrasound and the staff were AMAZING with him. So grateful for their patience and kindness, he was smiling and talking about how nice they were and the fun things they talked about with him.nnAlthough the call/booking line is central and not location specific, Darla in the call centre was fantastic. She was so understanding and helpful and helped us get our toddler in to a pediatric friendly MIC quickly.nnDespite it being for stressful reasons, our interactions with MIC staff with our toddler was very positive.
Excellent staff and very friendly. Dr Li was exceptionally nice and explained everything that was being done on my shoulder. I would highly recommend this location. Exam room was very clean and so was the waiting room. I was in and out before my appointment which is unheard of. But I definitely would use this location in the future.
I walked in for an X-ray and was seen within seconds. The staff was friendly, and the facility was clean. Tatjana the X-ray technician was especially kind and compassionate. She immediately noticed how unwell I was and was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout the process.
