Ruby and the folks at Mi Paloma catered our small wedding. The food was amazing! We did half meat and half veggie taco bar. Plus, fajitas and some delicious margaritas. Our family was so happy with the food! Ruby was so easy to work with and gave some great recommendations. I highly suggest you get food from Mi Paloma!
Ordered 3 tacos. Was told it would take 20 minutes. Seems long but maybe they are busy, even though I am the only one here... Been waiting over 30 minutes. Thinking I may be on Candid Camera.
The food was quite good! Great nachos with homemade chips and the tacos were quite good. Maybe a LITTLE dry in the chicken but otherwise quite good.
The flan was the best I ever had. The mangonada was AMAZING, and the tacos were awesome. Will be back.

The food we had was outstanding. We ordered ahead, they called us when it was ready, and there was no need to go inside to get the food. Best Covid setup and great food.
