Mi Mexico

This is my second visit to Mi Mexico which my brother-in-law introduced to me. I live in Vancouver and when I do visit Bellingham, Mi Mexico will be on mind, especially the tasty mole. Mole on my mind : The portions are generous and the good is outstanding! If you are craving delicious, fresh Mexican cuisine you will find it here!

Live in Canada, and visit this Mexican restaurant  when ever we are in the Bellingham area. It is on our top list for Mexican food.  Food here is always fresh and have never been disappointed. Before you even order they bring you warm crisp taco chips with homemade salsa just delicious.We love the "Burrito Loco", there's choice of chicken or Carne Asada which is grilled slice beef, the smoky charred flavor adding a layer on top of it. Good prices on the portions of the meal at this restaurant. I always end up with plenty left to go so almost as two meal for me. Good service, clean and nice atmosphere. Must try ... you will not regret

There have been countless times when my partner and I will make a trip down to the states just to get Mi Mexico for dinner. We’re Canadian so the choices we have for amazing Mexican food is very slim. The staff are friendly, the restaurant is decorated perfectly their chairs are campy, but adorable!, and most importantly, the food is amazing. Their complimentary fresh tortilla chips and salsa are a must for people who can’t handle spice, avoid the salsa! We always get the enchiladas and tamales and it never disappoints.

Loved the vibe and the food! Good portion sizes and the food is very tasty and spicy. Wifi with password, though not very good connection near the windows. The restrooms were very clean too. I loved the complimentary chips and salsa

Excellent Authentic Mexican Food One of the best margaritas I've ever had. I got the original and it came in the metal shacker with a salt rimmed glass. The chips and salsa were great. The flavor of the salsa was delicious with just the right amount of heat. I had the deluxe burrito and it was very good. The rice and refried beans were also very good. I also had a tamale. It was authentic and excellent. The place had a very festive atmosphere. It was really colorful inside. The people were amazing. They were checking on the food and service. It was just the right amount of attention. If I'm ever back in the area, I will visit this restaurant again. Give it a try, you will be happy. Parking: Fairly large parking area.

Easily one of the most delicious Mexican restaurants I’ve ever been. The service is great, the food is flavourful and of a good portion. We tried their signature dish, Arroz con Pollo, which is chicken and cheese plus veggies on rice tied together by their house mild sauce. Very cheesy and flavourful. It is so good! A must try!

This is our first visit to this restaurant after reading so many good reviews. The place is as good as described in the other reviews. The portions are generous and so many options to choose from. My only comment to the owners is a wish to include more vegetarian options. The options were mainly cheese, chicken and beef. We don’t eat chicken and beef so we were stuck with cheese only. Fish and vegetarian options would definitely make this place is much better one than it already is.

Yes! Yes ! Another Mexican joint.Finally got the chance to go to the other side of the Border . Small little gem . Food was A1 from salad to the main dish . Menu card was like a book, so many items to choose from. Customer service was A1 . Price wise I have never spent less then $100 for 2 peoples meals in a long time . My food was $20 for 2 people. ours drinks were $20 . Large Portions I couldn’t even finish mine and was so full I have to skip the dessert . I usually don’t do that since it’s the best part Anyways next time you are in Bellingham check it out .

I come here quite often. Servers and cashiers remember my friends and I. Best prices in town for amazing authentic food and alcoholic drinks. I like mine in the middle: not too sweet, not too strong. I never have to ask for anything remade. Foods fresh, hot and delicious! Definitely recommend for families, date nights, takeout. Remember to tip your restaurant workers. Support la raza.

Amazing Mexican food in Bellingham area. Went here for early dinner. Seating was ample and very friendly people. Chips were served with a tasty salsa to start with. We ordered Carne asada, Pescado al Gusto fried fish . The dishes came with beans,rice and a portion of salad. Prices are reasonable and the food quality justified it. Service was wonderful and enough parking spaces. Looking forward to visit again soon.
