I tried this spot while out of town for work and it didn't disappoint. When I arrived I parked in the lot. It is connected to an apartment area fyi and doesn't look like much from the outside. At first I was skeptical but gave it a try. I was greeted when I walked in by Andres, the owner. He was supper nice and so was the server Rachel. The place was cute and cozy. There is no bar seating so sat at a table in the back. I started with a sangria which looked like just regular red wine when it came out but was good to taste. The drinks are super cheap here. For my entrée I got the garlic shrimp and boy was it good. It was seasoned to perfection. I ate every bit. The bill was super affordable also. I truly enjoyed!
Authentic food, reasonable prices, fine bar selection & fantastic staff = a Win Win! You will not be disappointed! Go. Go Now!
Great little authentic Mexican fair. The avocado and chips so good. Their yellow rice and chicken was cooked perfectly. And the Pinna-colada was really tasty. Someone in our group ordered the baked Chimichanga . She loved it because it was baked and. Not fried. : Would go back here in a heartbeat. It was so good no one in our party didn't have any room for dessert. A+ experience plus everyone of the employees were so friendly. : A++++ experience
On our trip to the Poconos we decided to eat something Latino, and we chose this restaurant, excellent service and very good food. I recommend it if you want a fusion of mixed food, especially if it is from Colombia. WHITE RICE WITH PORK Chop: very good decision for something simple with flavor. Bandeja paisa: excellent combination of white rice, beans, sausage from Colombia and chicharon with plantains and avocado and an egg. PINA COLADA: a refreshing drink with a hint of caribbean flavor, it was ok. but I like it more creamy Note: the steak that came with the bandeja paisa was cold, when it should have been hot.
I really like their empanadas and thought everyone was always nice. I didn’t go back for awhile but the recent visit wasn’t the same. Ordered on the phone and went to pickup, got there and the order was wrong.. after getting them home, the way these "tacos" were thrown together was terrible. I couldn't find the actual tacos under the mess of lettuce and tomato salad, on top of that carelessness, the taste just was so gross i couldn't eat it. I'm really disappointed, I really liked this place since there's not much to choose from but definitely not the tacos. They're empanadas are good ‍
Absolutely worth trying! The prices are unbeatable, the food portions are good as well. As a working college student, this is my new favorite go to place. I recommend getting the empanadas, they are to die for 10000/10!
You might pull in the parking lot and want to turn around. Super sketchy especially at night with little kids. But don't leave!! AMAZING food and drinks. We could not stop stuffing our faces. The pork was excellant, some of the best we have ever had. We are food snobs and definitly give this place 5 stars!
Staff was friendly ..food and drinks were good ..
Low key, simple but delicious food. Excellent service. So glad we came here instead of eating at one of the hotel restaurants where we are staying. My kids loved it too.
Came here for dinner randomly on a Tuesday night. We tried margaritas, nachos, burrito, drunken chicken, and churros with ice cream. Everything was fresh and delicious. The peppers, tomatoes, onions, and avocado on the nachos and in the entrees were particularly good because they were all really fresh and crisp. Would definitely come back if we're on the side of the Poconos again.
