Their burrito is very good, but their fajitas is like a worse version of the burrito, but more expensive. Fajitas doesn't come with salsa or guacamole. If you need it to be vegan they will try, but when they brought the food it all had cheese in it.
Very tasty food ,spyces and color, good service , nice decor, prix acceptable$$ , I will return.
First time was great. Second time my tacos were soggy and I got a small portion for a $15 plate. It was just 3 small tacos and a small amount of beans on the plate, although the beans were great. It’s a hit or miss and it’s a bit pricey for what you get. The cocktail was good. The service was lacking a bit. I may give it another try.
We were a large group of 16. The service was very good and the food was very good and tasty. The price was a little high for quantity served. I am giving this a 4 star because the sides were very poor. We had fajitas for two, it came with a little lettuce and shredded cheese...no salsa, no rice and no guacamole. The portion of chicken and sautéed vegetable were adequate. We would go again and we hope they read the reviews and take advise from their customers.
This Restaurant is Amazing! The food was fresh and delicious. The plates were Terracotta and charming. It's a small restaurant but for 33$ plus tip, two adults with large appetites left full and totally satisfied with the dining experience. We had two specials, one chicken burrito which had to have had at least a full breast and a half of chicken inside and the beef quesadillas. Both meals were piping hot, all ingredients fresh and tasty. Upon arrival we were welcomed warmly, seated and given a selection of 5 salsas free of charge with homemade chips. The waitress was very warm and told us the specials which we jumped on. 15 minutes later we had our food. I highly recommend this wonderful place if you are looking for Fresh Authentic Mexican food.
Average then very good is missing a middle. This place was quite good but I found it pricier than other places I have been. Quick service Outdoor seating area. Nice decor and México feeling . If you go for supper make sure you don’t look at the lunch menu as prices are not the same . Highly recommend this place
Ambiance and decor are nice. Ordered tortilla soup as an entree, it was terrible. It tasted as though they simply opened up a can of tomato soup and added some tortilla bits to it. No seasoning whatsoever, absolutely flavourless. For main meal I went with the fajitas for 2. Choice of chicken and steak. The chicken strips were too salty. No side dish of beans or guacamole. Avoid at all cost
Complimentary tortilla and salsa as soon as you sit down is a nice, welcoming touch. The food was good, not miraculous. Staff and service was very good. My review loses two stars because the music was blaring and the staff was chanting and yelling on the microphones trying to sell tequila shooters at like 7 PM while children sat next to us. Also, they charged me $3 for a CAN of Nestea !!!!!!!!!!
We tried to go to supper at el cactus but after being open for it 20 minutes it was already full so we decided to try Mi Casa Es Tu Casa and I now know why the other restaurant was packed. The restaurant was almost empty when we arrived. I ordered the pastor tacos and asked if I could get the cactus salad on the side instead of the regular sides. They said yes for an extra $3 so I agreed. When I got it my cactus was completely slimy and because they put it on the same place as my tacos my tortillas where slimy and I could not eat them. The person I went with ordered the fish tacos and they were flavorless and the fish was oily and very soft. When the waitress came back she didn't even bother to ask if we liked our meal and asked if we wanted to take the rest home. Each of our plates where still half full. I would not recommend this restaurant to ANYONE.
Worst service ever. Got there nice greetings. They sat us outside and gave us the menu. We waited 20 min and she never came back. There where only 6 customers in the place. I finally got up and went to the bar to ask for drinks. 2 more customer came. They had nachos already and was asked for their drinks. I could say the people where all white. Kinda racists. My girlfriend is latina. We got up and left and they said sorry with a big smile. I think they where kinda glad we left. Oh and we never got our drinks...
