Great experience at this Mezza location with our young family today. Staff were very friendly and helpful with getting extra utensils. Food was delicious and there was plenty of it, had to take the leftovers home because we were all full. Really enjoyed the selections from the new lunch menu. Facilities were clean, including the washroom which has a change table which is appreciated. Thank you for a very nice meal, we will definitely be back!
The chicken souvlaki wrap was 70% lettuce... my wife had the half half plate and they weighed the meat before putting it in the plate. I've never had family weigh the food before serving it... Would not recommend even if it is the only lebenese restaurant around.
This is a great place to eat any time. The food is fresh, well prepared, and filling. You walk out satisfied and full. Resaraunt itself is kept quite clean, and uncluttered. We had the donair combo, and had shcarma wraps. All delicious and satisfying. The staff was great working together as a team to fill the orders on a busy night. Impressive. I would recommend here to anyone...even picky eaters Kid-friendliness: Well portioned meal for the kids and good options that are good choices. Parking: Parking right in front of the restaurant
Hey guys! Great job on our order. Everything was in the bag that we ordered. VERY generous helpings and the food was great. We are from the Shawarma capital of Canada Ottawa and as my son said..'This s#$t hits different '. Signed, the guy with the Rick and Morty shirt. Cheers!
This place is supposed to close at 10pm but I’ve gone in repeatedly around 8-9pm to workers who say they don’t have product to sell who are clearly upset a customer is coming in an hour before close. Now it’s a Saturday night at 9pm and they’re closed?? Worst mezza location by far. The one time I’ve received product from this place at lunch time they gave me almost no cheese on my poutine. 0/5 if I could.
Online order didn't actually go through so when we arrived to pick up we were starting from square one. Standing in line for 30 minutes+. Ladies working were trying their best but they seemed seriously understaffed.
Completely messed up my pick up order- was missing over half of the meal and I didn’t realize until I got home hour away. Very unapologetic- refused to provide a full refund and feel like I had to fight to get any sort of compensation. I typically love Mezza but disappointed with this location.
Worst Experience I have been to this place a few times. Every single time, I ordered their so called chicken Shawarma plate. The portion of chicken was very less maybe equal to one bite with cold fries. Overpriced, charging double as compare to the other food restaurants. I paid more than $20 for one Shawarma plate and drink. I’m really disappointed and wouldn’t suggest this place to anyone. Otherwise, you gonna waste your money.
Love love love Mezza, but then I love middle eastern food. I always feel so healthy when I eat it. Great staff, very accommodating to requests for more of this, and less of that. Salads, rice, pickled turnips, mmmmm, chicken schwarma, garlic sauce, Tahini, lentils, fried chickpeas, vegetarian options including falafels, among a few, reasonably priced with daily specials. Open late, has all the points. Great menu, lots of heLthy options. I coukd eat here everyday...My turnip pickles are calling and I must go...
Not really the experience of shawarma i had back in Ontario at the labanese kitchen the Cedar tree. This shawarma was really bland. The chicken was way over cooked and hard to chew. Half of it was lettuce and the sauce was flavorless. I wont be coming back here for shawarma however its a really nice resturaunt and the staff were really
