We are a new customer. Everyone we have dealt with at MetzWood has been extremely knowledgeable of their products and very easy to deal with. We always received prompt responses to our inquiries and calls. MetzWood was able to find us improved coverage and pricing on our home and auto insurance. We have used another company for over 30 years and this is the first time another offering could beat the policy we had in place. And, we love having a local agent to work with instead of a call center. We highly recommend MetzWood and our agent, Mike Van Allen.

Working with MetzWood is the definition of great user experience. Everyone is friendly and efficient. My agent Amy Clifford is such a pro it almost makes a fender-bender hassle-free. And she is tenacious about getting me the best possible rates. Could not recommend highly enough!

I was in a tenuous insurance situation and Metzwood had been recommended to me. My outcome could not have been better. Cami moved quickly and clearly to the various points we needed to cover. She was orderly and efficient. I walked out with four new policies and a high level understanding. I can only assume the entire staff operates this well. The prices were good also. I highly recommend this company and this office.

GREAT service! I've been a client for 8 years, and have been more then pleased since the very beginning. Agents have a very high level of expertise and are looking out for client's interest as a top priority. They treat you like a family and they actually care. Highly recommend them!!

I had an very pleasant experience switching my insurance policy to my own name. It was fast and Kami was wonderful and really helped me out! Super great service and I feel very comfortable with my monthly rate! Would definitely recommend anyone to this company.
