Best place I've been for some heavy lifting. All the equipment you need and want for training with an amazing atmosphere and staff. Highly recommended this place.

Mettle performance training centre is one of the greatest things that has ever happened to me. The community, the equipment, the owners, the employees, and the knowledge of all of the members is priceless. I've only been training at mettle for a few months, and I have made more progress in my lifting than I have in the past three years. I was given the support to do my first power lifting competition, and as a result I am going to IPF westerns in August. This facility is an absolute game changer.
