Metro-Pointe Dental Clinic

We just moved here and we chose this clinic because it's near to us. And we had very good luck! Starting from the appointment calls everything was so nice. Because we moved from another province so we have our profiles in our old clinic, the Metro Pointe staff even contacted our previous clinic to pull our files and transfer our x-ray and old files from them. And even looked up our insurance coverage for us to let us know how much we should expect to pay! They really took care of everythinggg. And the clinic staffs were all super super nice and patient. I forgot our dentist's name but my partner and I both got treated by the same dentist, and he was young, enthusiastic, and friendly. I don't know is this good or bad but they're super careful with your teeth and this is the first time in 20+ year of my life that cleaning teeth doesn't hurt, at all. And I've been to many many dentists in my life. Before we left they even gave us each a small pack of teeth cleaning kit! Would totally give a 6 stars if I could!

I've been coming here for over two decades. This is my go to for my dentist work. My family would like to come back to here but they moved a bit far away to come here. My sister has come in from the island just so the doctor can repair her teeth. Dr Leung still remembers my parents. I bring my wife and son here to get any work or inspection done. I trust them for my dental health. It is sad to see a bad review. So I wanted to make sure that they know how much I appreciate their help and their work. They have always been accommodating to me and have looked out for our health, even more during covid19. While many other offices closed temporarily, they stayed open for emergencies during the pandemic. Luckily, I didn't do any damage to my teeth during that time. Thanks always.

Dr. Leung is a great dentist! Honest and knowledgeable, have been coming here since I was a kid. He also helps me out with an old orthodontic retainer wire that keeps breaking, even when he only deals with Invisalign - saves me many expensive trips to the orthodontist. He goes above and beyond to give you the best care!

Me and my family have been seeing Dr. Leung for almost 13 years. I always found him to be honest, knowledgeable, with a good "bedside manner". I cannot remember having been dissatisfied or having to look for a second opinion after seeing him. As a physician, I even recommended Dr. Leung to my own patients when asked. Highly recommended.

I can honestly say I hate going to the dentist lol but this place is amazing! The staff is all amazing and friendly. Dr.Leung is such an fantastic dentist he is a sweet person and genuinely cares about you and is honest ,they aren't like other dentists that I have gone to that try to rip you off and charge an arm and a leg.

Wonderful customer service. Staff is really hospitable and friendly. Doctors are well appreciable and give best suggestion. Staff at reception are really respectful and understand customer's requirements and suggest accordingly. I suggested my friends too to visit here.
