This store is large and clean, well-stocked with a good variety of product options. Thumbs up for self-checkouts. One of the nicest grocery stores in Gatineau in my opinion. Too bad it's a little out of my way for regular grocery shopping
Love the fact that veeeery slowly but surely they're starting to put more organic food on their shelves. Still to see a champion who bestowes real sour cream not the whole periodic table of elements in a jar upon the dwellers of this side of the river first.
The personal self scanner is amazing ! You scan the item and place it in the bag. Then you just scan the Q code and pay. The scanner also permits the price verification.
Good selection of groceries and has a nice takeout counter and prepare meals section. Some of the premade meals aren’t so tasty but most are!
Judging by the poorly trained staff it's obvious that the management is ineffective and needs reviewing. I have been dissatisfied a few times at this store but never made a complaint until today. The person at the "customer service" was rude and ignorant. First rule of proper customer service, say hello, make eye contact. Second rule, listen to the customer, do not interrupt and talk over them. It is rude and disrespectful. I will never go back to this grocery store.
I am happy to find some asian products I could not just find anywhere.
Very clean and the aisle are free no boxes or carts.
Clean store, well stocked. Cheerful staff. Great deals. Easy to accumulate points with the Metro App to save money .
Prices are increasing, stock levels are low on certain items. Love the self checkout and scan as you shop.
Poor selection every time i go, some items i need they dont have anymore, and sometimes its for multiple weeks, id rather go to maxi or IGA.... P.s their house brand "selection merite" is dropping in quality.
