Always room for improvement but it's friendly, it's well located and parking is great. Good selection! They even stock Naramata Nut Brown Ale!

Came in to buy an anniversary gift. I was asked if I needed help and I said I did, and was looking for a whiskey recommendation as I wanted to buy a nice bottle. The woman said "Well, there's the shelf" and that was it. If she had said "Oh I don't know anything about whiskey" that would have been a better customer service experience. I won't be returning. Every time I've been there the staff have been very off-putting. EDIT: Management followed up with me and were really great on the phone. They're going to follow up with staff.
Attitudes of staff seems selective could be improved I was in just after Christmas looking for my fav shooters I couldn't be helped by either young lady and I was dismissed when asking if they will come back this store is convenient but I choose now to spend my money elsewhere
Very rude elder lady there that needs to be fired. No reason for her to give attitude for an honest mistake. Me and my mother were talking not paying attention and went down an isle in the cooler that had a cone we didnt notice and she rudely told us there was a cone and it was obvious to not go down. We apologized and giggled and said we werent paying attention and she was in the other isle blocking the way yet she made us feel stupid and in a very snobby tone replied "Well, there is other ways you know". I was blown away an employer would talk to us like that. I told someone about the incident as i believe no paying customer should be treated in such a manner so i hope she is delt with or i will take my buisness else where. The other young lady working till was amazing though. Very sweet and excellent customer service!
Nice selection of wines and spirits
I bought a 26 of vodka, I some how manged to smash the bottle prior to arriving at my home. Tried to return the bottle to the store for replacement. Store manager said if you buy eggs from the grocery store and break them at home you dont try and return them to the store, then proceeded to tell me if i dropped it in the store they would replace it, whats the difference .
Nice little store with a decent selection and very friendly staff. Very helpful.
