Metro Liquor Cultural District

Great selection of local and craft beers, besides all the staples. I am not a drinker but my wife tasked me with grabbing a few beers for a blind taste test with friend on the long weekend. The fella at the front came out from behind the till and grabbed me the 5 he thought would work. Wifey was happy with the choice so they get 5 stars from me.

I walked past another liquor store to go to this one since I thought it doesn’t ask you to tip the cashier… then it got added when you pay. I don’t get it. I don’t tip at the grocery store. Anyway. They do have a good selection for a small store and friendly staff. I just can’t go back. The tipping thing gets to me

skip cut off hours need to be adjusted. Unprofessional to accept an order which was purposely left unfulfilled.

Poor selection and the parking stalls are too narrow. One car today parked about 30 centimeters or less right beside another car. No way the driver would be able to get in their car.They need to repaint the lines to make each stall wider. It is ridiculous. Better to park on the nearby street and walk if you still want to visit this tiny store. I won't be returning.

Pretty close to one of the best liquor stores in town. They have a great selection of beers as well as wines from all over the world. Love how they support all the local breweries. The staff are super friendly and they got some pretty knowledgeable people working there. Always have good specials and a really good downtown location.

Always quick friendly staff, expect for that tall woman, I suspect she has a RBF though and isn't actually as stuck up as she seems. Everyone else is so nice!! Especially the shorter gentleman, what a nice kind man always smiling and helpful, everyone really is kind and helpful, quick and easy in this shop :

The selection is exceptional and they always have a dog treat behind the counter when I bring in my "good boy".

Very good selection of domestic and international wines. Knowledgeable staff and competitive pricing. Nice big coolers with a solid selection of wine,beer,cider and coolers.
