I was very happy that the store had some really nice back ribs. I love the cooked food counter for chicken, but they need to have more of the other dinners. The cooked turkey breast is fantastic, and so is the pork loin, and both meals come with potatoes. I like that it's close by.
Employees working at Metro 1265 Ritson Road North definitely need customer service training mainly the elderly lady working at the cake and pastry department during day hours. She is very rude and her service will give a feeling as if she is doing us a big favour by letting us buy the cake from Metro.Even if we are buying an expensive birthday cake she don’t bother to tape the box unless you ask for it. It spoiled the festive mood.
It's very expensive compared to other stores. Everything is more expensive by a lot. Good selection but so do other places. Only go here if I need something urgent The prices are ridiculous. Except when they put their meat on sale.
Used to shop here years ago when I lived close to this area. Glad to see it's still open 24 hours .Revisited the other day. Store did not disappoint. Great produce section and super fish display. There is even a Tim Horton's coffee shop right inside the building. Loads of parking here.
Bakery items are amazing. Fresh vegitables and farm items. Also wine shop is in store.
