Don't go. Seriously. You will definitely get a hole on your coatwool coat after dry cleaning. I did check reviews before I go. I thought i would be lucky but I WAS NOT!
This is a very bad store, the lady who works there is really very rude and they have ruined my very expensive clothes. I wont recommend going to them
I always take my items here. I've never had an issue, and the customer service is great. I am always greeted with a smile, and the prices are fair.
The alteration skill they own is too poor and their service is without any patience. I altered 3 pants here, the curves they made were not even on a straight line!
I took a hoodie I bought for my husband for Christmas there the other day to have a big patch sewn on the back. They did a great job, it was done on time as promised and the price was reasonable. Thank you!!
Brought my snowboarding pants to be repaired and asked for them to reinforce the seam. They did not reinforce it and they sewed the straps backwards. Go to the other place in metrotown fi you need alterations or repairs.
