I love Dr Frey. He does a great job, is kind and caring. He is very personable, easy to talk to and takes his time with you. I can't say enough positive things about him. You will love the experience! You can ask any nurse in the Omaha hospitals he performs surgeries at and they will tell you they all love and respect him!

I just want to take a moment to share my experience with Dr. Frey and his office. My daughter had terrible snoring issues and i thought she might have had hearing loss. I researched for a while and decided to go with Dr. Frey. I am so happy I did. Her adenoids and tonsils were very enlarged. He scheduled a hearing test paying attention to my concerns and we found out she had quite a bit of hearing loss from fluid in her ear. So we scheduled a tonsilloadenoidectomy as well as tube placement.They took such great care of heeand and my husband and I as worried parents. She's on the road to recovery and I couldn't be more grateful to Dr. Fraye and his office as well as Midlands ASC. Thank you all so so much! Update! She's a whole new child. Quietly sleeping, eating much better which seems miraculous for her, she's sleeping better and her hearing is greatly improved! I'm so happy !

Careful going here if you arent vaccinated. I was asked a couple times if i was in the beginning of my appt and felt that led the experience of my appt. I was sent because i had been having 7+ months of congestion and breathing issues. Primary doc found concerns within my sinus xrays and sent me to nose specialist. Once visiting Frey, and answering more than once of my vaccination status, he said he “didnt see anything on my xrays” althought my pcp did! and talked about covid side affects almost the whole appt while gave no solution to the concern. Would also talk over me / wouldnt let me finish. My vaccination status is pending because of this issue and he did not help that by any means. Thankfully my primary doc put me on a med that is helping, but going to THIS nose doctor is a waste of specialist pay! His staff also seemed unprofessional as one of the ladies at the front was arguing on the phone with someone while i waited 20minutes past my appt time to be called back. Edit: the meds the pcp put me on were to help while i was waiting to get into see Frey. I have since then finished those meds and my breathing issues and congestion came back as expected. Unfortuntely, I am being sent to another nose specialist who hopefully knows what theyre doing, and having to pay another specialist fee because i wasted on this one!

My experience with Dr. Frey was utterly amazing! I’ve been dealing with a nasty deviated septum since I can remember, and after 29 years I finally decided to have it fixed. Although Dr. Frey told me my nose was one of the more difficult ones he has worked on, it looks and feels absolutely fantastic. I had hardly any swelling, and I now know what it feels like to *truly* be able to breathe through my nose. Thank you, Dr. Frey!

Dr. Frey is everything you want in a physician. Not only does he have sharp intellect, but he also has common sense...all while having a “bedside manner” that is kind & endearing. My ONLY complaint is that I can’t utilize his skills for all the medical specialties. I would go to him in a heartbeat for everything if that were possible. This is what medicine should always look like!!!

Dr. Frey is an extremely experienced ENT. He was able to help me get back to hearing after my ear was blocked. He is caring and engaging. If I ever had to see an ENT again - I would choose Dr. Frey.

My wife went here last week for nasal congestion and headaches on Wednesday and was very disappointed! Dr. Frey sent her to Midlands Hospital for sinus xrays which she did same day. Results were delayed until the next Monday because the doctor was working at a different location on Thursday, and Friday was the July 4th holiday. There was no communication from the doctor's office at all during this time, even after my wife called on Thursday and Friday and left messages. On Monday when the nurse finally called with the results, the doctor said there was nothing wrong with my wife's xrays that could cause her headaches and to go back to her PCP. My wife knew this wasn't true because she had already received a xray radiology report on Friday night in her CHI MyChart account stating there was a partial obstruction in one of her sinuses. This doctor obviously didn't care to try to help my wife, and she won't recommend him to anyone.
