Dave and the crew at the Etobicoke location have never let me down with personal orders or work related orders. Always on time, cuts are accurate to given dimensions and they communicate very well. Metalsupermarket, as a company I hope you value and appreciate the hard work this crew puts in. Don't take them for granted.
Great place to get any type of metal you could ever want... But found the amount of staff lacking, which delayed me some. However, i did talk to the staff and they said that normally there isn't log lineups, so it may just have been a quirk..

Terrible service. Employees are not helpful at all and extremely cocky.
This place is nothing but frustrating to deal with. They don't respond to emails , they have no clue what type of steel they have, prices change depending who you speak too. I AM DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!! There hours are convenient but that is it!
