I had the BEST customer service experience with an associate by the name of Joy. She went above and beyond her duties and tried to find an answer as to why my debit card did not work with their ATM. Joy even went so far as to find my phone number and call me to inform me of her findings even though I'm not a MetaBank account holder!! That's GREAT customer service right there!

Worst experience with a bank I've ever had, DO NOT purchase their VISA Travelmoney card. Unless you want to spend 10 hours trying to get them activated, registered, and emergency cash once all that fails. It finally took VISA themselves, one day AFTER my vacation was over, to finally get my money back to me. Metabank was absolutely awful. STAY AWAY from this bank!!!

Metabank does NOT do a good job with customer service on their prepaid products.
Simple requests turn into huge issues because of an inability for the call center reps. in India to communicate with "home base" here in the states.
