I had Sonny H visit for a annual maintenance checkup.. he asked me first if I have any concerns, I told him that my third floor doesn’t cool enough.. he first checked the furnace and AC if it was operating properly, then went on the third floor and check if there was air coming out.. he said that I need to keep the vent more open, he showed me how I can do that.. I am very happy with the service provided by Sonny H, a technician from Mersey Heating! Finally hoping for a cool summer :
Alex and Adam were great. They were efficient and did an amazing job. Took away all the old furnace materials and installed the new one in a few hours. They cleaned up the area well and were great in answering questions and showing me how to work the new Smart thermostat which is awesome! I would not hesitate to work with Mersey and Alex and Adam again. Also, Adam loved Bailey my dog and the feeling was definitely mutual. Thanks guys! I would also like to thank and appreciate Ash, who was the lovely young lady who sold us the new furnace. She was very helpful in answering all of our questions and helping us decide what was the best option for us. Thank you Ash!Service: Heating system installation
Just had an excellent installation of a new Lennox furnace and air conditioner. The installers Alex and Ben were very friendly and cleaned up after their work. Great job. I have used Mersey for previous installs as well as annual maintenance for over 20 years.
