I got my daughters ears pierced here about a year ago and the staff was amazing! They were great towards myself and my daughter. 6 months later I went to do an earring change and again, they were so good! I would highly recommend getting you or your kids ears pierced here.
I came here with my friend who wanted to get her ears pierced today. The woman doing the piercing was so slow and rude that we actually ended up leaving because my friend felt too uncomfortable to let her pierce her ears. Would not recommend the market mall location. I’ve heard the chinook location is better. Maybe they should look at hiring staff who are talkative and make people comfortable since they are putting a hole in their body
A bit disappointed with my visit. Had my 8 month babies ears pierced there today and was recommended Merle Norman instead of Claire's. The lady putting the initial piercing dot was extremely slow and just kept complaining about my baby moving too much. When the second assistanting lady came in to check the dots I did voice my concern that one was clearly off and was reassured it would be pierced lower, it was not. The piercing process was extremely rushed and I felt like they just wanted it done and us out. There was no guidance or help in how to hold or help the baby while getting her ears pierced, they were not done at the same time and the lady kept complaining how my baby moves to much and I have to hold her tighter. After all was done and we left the room she still proceeded to complain that she was moving so much and it took long. I honestly, would not recommend taking younger children for ear piercings here. I was extremely disappointed and its quite noticeable not in the same place. Really wanted to love my experience but it was just not worth it.
I just had a facial and Harsha really did a great job! This is the best facial I ever experienced. Definitely going back to this location.
I have always been impressed at their service and been back over and over again and even recommended friends and family. Our last visit on the 24th May was not too bad but it's been a few weeks after and our earrings are so discolored...they are known for quality and we could have gone elsewhere where we cannot vouch for the quality‍‍ so you guys have to UP your game...
Extremely rude staff insulting customers by making comments about their appearance. No one should have to come to get their ear priced excited and then met with these derogatory comments completely running their experience. Do not recommend coming here.
I got my ears pierced at this location and the service was amazing. The location was very clean and sanitary. Plus the workers were soo friendly and easy-going.
Great place for facial treatments and ear piercing. I have been there couple of times and always very pleased with the service
Great staff and they did my eyebrows very nice and fast.
