Needed a mammogram and this location had the first available appointment in just a few weeks whereas other locations were booking months out. Booking over the phone was easy.nnAppointment was on time, quick. The woman completing my mammogram was knowledgeable and helped me maintain dignity while being the thorough. I don’t recall her name, however MMI has my permission to identify her from my name/appointment details on file to pass along my gratitude. She was a kind and short woman of colour and I’m very grateful to her.nnThe location was busy but efficient. It was also clean.
Helpful, kind staff. The parking machine is not user friendly not owned or operated by MMI and a helpful employee at MMI assisted myself and others to work it to pay for our parking.nTruly appreciated.nInside at my test, both the technician and her trainee were very professional and kind.nAll this made for an stress-free, pleasant experience.nKindness really does go a long way. Kudos!
5 StarsnI had a great experience at MMI on Clyde Ave. The front desk staff were very cordial and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere right from the start. The technical team was incredible—experienced, knowledgeable, compassionate, and extremely friendly. I truly felt well cared for throughout my visit. Big thanks to everyone at MMI Clyde Ave. for the outstanding service!
Went there 2021, two times, I'm never going back again. One staff member took my nervousness as rudeness when I was trying to give the correct phone number to her and cut me off, my first time there on my own. It's like the *entire* staff there don't know how to act like a decent person when someone wants to get a check up for something they are already dreading. Honestly, it's like all the mean girls migrated to this line of work after high school.
Very rude staff. When I disclosed that I was autistic and required my husband to stay in the room with me, she seemed annoyed. Never warned me that the ultrasound would be painful, then proceeded to push the wand so hard into my stomach that my body was shaking in pain. Never once reassured me or explained the process to me. Don’t come here if you or your child/teen are autistic or any kind of neurodivergent. They get the actual job done but expect to have a very horrible and overwhelming time. Will never be coming back to this company again.
