Sleek, boutique hotel on beautiful hotel row. Very small but beautiful room, mine had a balcony off the front. The gorgeous tiny bathroom had heated floors! Stayed for 3 nights early October on my 1st trip to London. Earls Court tube stop & all kinds of shopping around the corner. Worth the price for comfort, lift and excellent service desk.

Had a wonderful six night stay in one of the Deluxe Twin Rooms #236. Rooms were cleaned everyday to an immaculate standard, and they even changed towels daily. Only thing that the bed was a bit too hard for my liking. Also a mattress topper would be nice since the double bed consists of two single mattresses.

We stayed for a couple of days in the Merit Kensington hotel. The hotel has a good location and is very close to the tube station. The hotel was clean. Unfortunately, we had problems with our air condition and the TV. Furthermore, some of my clothes were taken away from the house keeping. This might have happened accidentally, since I left the clothes on the bed. However, after reporting this to the reception which we could not phone from the room, because the phone also did not work, the issue was not taken care of at all. They did not even try to make an effort to investigate where the clothes might be, they did not care and did not make up for it. Very bad hospitality.

We ended up staying here last minute after a terrible experience with a different hotel that was so overpriced and dirty and disappointing we decided to cancel it on the spot. We then walked around looking for another hotel that had space. So glad we found this one. Really clean, modern rooms and the staff were all super friendly and welcoming. Big shout out to Victor for helping us with the initial check in and also for his help many times with any requests we had while traveling with a young baby. We only stayed one night but we'll be back if we ever need to stay in that area in London. The hotel is very convenient with many supermarkets, pubs cafes all within short walk. Thanks again to Victor and all the staff at merit - we had a really restful stay thanks to you all!

Excellent hotel in a great location. Stayed for a week and it could not have been better. Room was comfortable, bathroom was fantastic. Would definitely return and recommend to anyone looking for a great hotel at a decent price.Rooms: 5/5

It was a comfortable enough stay. The hotel had modern facilities, and the continental breakfast including eggs upon request was decent. However there are several downsides: - Breakfast is pricy at 17 pound per person - Wifi password can only be found at the reception - Very small double bed not really adequate for two people - Rooms are extremely small, barely big enough for the double bed - AC is very loud - Staff at reception had somewhat of a cold and unwelcoming attitude

Beautiful downtown hotel with nice roof top bar. Rooms have historic feel with old hard wood floors, yet modern as bathrooms have white subway tiles with TVs in each bathroom. Staff is wonderful and accommodating providing upgrades when available.

A lovely hotel. Exactly what i paid for. The bathroom was extremely clean and even had one of those bath tvs. The bed was very comfy.Amazing location, close to things but not busy. I highly recommend this hotelRooms: 5/5

Because the pillows were dirty and there was a big hole on the bed sheet. And there was a French window unlocked without the key. Not reassuring to sleep well with insecurity in a room at the very extremity of the corridor isolated in the basement room 204. To avoid !!!! The staff at the reception is not respectful and did not find a solution for us. During the check-out they did not even ask if you spent a good stay in their hotel despite the problems.
