Very terrible customer service and the call center is no better. I have all the information about my account my address mail and an expired passport because my wallet was stolen and they replaced the card for me 5 or 6 months ago with no ID and now they can't replace it very ridiculous. Back and forth between call centre and the Owen sound branch. Very unhelpful and hung up on me twice while I was asking questions calmly and politely. Not cool

Was a long line but didnt have to wait long. Staff were very helpful and quick to help me and seemed to acknowledge the fact there was a very long line and was as quick as possible as well as an extra staff helping customers at another desk other then the tellers.

Very long wait to see teller 30 min For 3 min. transaction.... However still #1 for my banking needs

Ask for Chad, he was honest and helpful, his thoughts on what size line of credit I should apply for exactly matched my thoughts. At other banks I've been lied to by representatives in order to upsell me on insurance packages that don't make sense in my financial situation, Chad was informative and non-pushy.

Closed Saturdays now .. which is fine but us who work Saturdays and get payed that day ..at least may certain your ATMs are working

This review did help, as I was going visit this credit union, and when a bank sends a person away, because he is not a member. This is certainly a poor way to run a business. I do realize credit unions do have members, but really for not helping out, for $6.00.

Great place of business, very well run. Extremely friendly, helpful and personable staff. I've had an account here since I was 14, never had an issue. Highly recommend

Just switched form big bank to here and loving it! Saving hundreds of dollars every year now! I am here for life now!

Always quick in and out. They helped me out with my mortgage and are always friendly.
