Love this arena. Nothing but good things to say about it. The town offers so much through this facility and the staff are always helpful. It is always clean and tidy. My only complaint which probably only affects a handful of users, is the showers. Some new shower heads would be a great upgrade. Right now the water sprays out in all directions making rinsing hair very inefficient when only a few streams are hitting your head at a time.
Nice and clean counts, two for basketballs and also hockey arena! Many washrooms and change rooms. It’s one of the OBL locations.
Hi, I am reaching out regarding my refund for my security deposit I made for my gender reveal party we had on Feb 08. I am writing this review as you have blocked my email account. We made this deposit we confirmed about leaving the garbage multiple people and multiple times we even asked your staff to come with us to the room and check. At that time you said everything is fine and later on decided to not to return my money??? Do let me know when can I come in to collect my deposit.
Great arena! It is always a pleasure attending hockey games at this location. The facility is clean, the temperature is comfortable not overly cold like some rinks, and the staff is wonderful. The concession stand also has a solid variety of options at standard prices. Highly recommend for a game day!
Wonderful experience. So many great things you can do here from the ice rinks, to gyms from the bar, watching the sports from above to renting the hall space. We had a celebration renting this facility. Tables and chairs were included. Kitchen usage is extra. The kids had a lot of stuff to do especially watching some games from above.nnUnfortunately there were somethings that I did ask for in advance but they had to still be set up… I wasn’t shown how to use both projector with the same imagines, they just connected their laptop and only one side of the hall worked. Ive asked previously in advance for microphones which they gave after a while, only working for a couple hours and died. I asked how to connect our music through Spotify and we had to connect it to the main system but we could not adjust the volume without the master key. We ended up having to home to pick up our own microphone and speaker for the event. And lastly a miscommunication on a sliding fridge that we were told was going to be in the room as well as a welcome table but did not have it due to double booking that day.nnDorie, she’s been helping me prior to the event and has been very helpful. Such a sweet lady! She gave a lovely tour of the place.
