Great company outstanding service did an entire remodel. All interior, exterior lights, audio/video as well as security system. Even a year later if you have a need they take care of it.

For the most part, this company performs well, like wiring lights, plugs, breaker panels, etc. They completely wired my whole house through my contractor. No complaints in this area. However, there were some "special" projects that fall out of the norm of wiring lights/plugs, etc. Things that ACTUALLY require the electrical worker to READ an installation manual, follow schematics, and perform work at an EXPERT level. This is where they fall short. They installed a fire alarm incorrectly. They failed to follow the installation diagram when connecting the alarm bell to the terminal block. They could have tested it on the spot using a meter. This wasn't discovered until the day of the final inspection. I ended up fixing this myself. They wired up my septic system. It was a complex, two pump sandfilter type, controlled by a microprocessor. A junior level electrical worker performed most of the work, while the supervisor was barking orders to him. It turned out that the junior level worker failed to secure a wire to a terminal block (I was able to pull it out later), which required the septic installers to reinitialize the system. After this, the septic system failed to operate properly. After a large effort by many people to get the system working, it was discovered much later that MCE wired the septic tank transducers BACKWARDS! The supervisor failed to double check the work of the junior level worker, and as a result caused many man-hours of troubleshooting by my septic installers, and the septic engineer, who was called in later. As everone was scratching their heads as to why the system wasn't working, no one suspected faulty wiring. They still charged me over $800. No apology. House wiring, great. Other things, stay away.
