I got pain au raisin from Riley farmers market. It tasted great but the texture was not as crunchy as I expected. I don’t know if it’s because the pastries were out in the cold and not fresh anymore.

For those who have travelled to Paris, these pastries will rival the quality of pastries from your favorite french bistro. Obsessed! Quickly working my way through all the offerings and being wowed each time. The pastries are fresh, beautiful, unbelievably delicious and transport you straight to France with each bite. Natalie has also been so accommodating with ensuring our orders are delivered safely and on time. Her responsiveness has made the entire process so smooth and I would highly recommend to everyone. Whether it is for breakfast in bed on a lazy Saturday morning or before a busy office day, it has brought a smile to everyone.
Wonderful pastries! I picked up a Roulé Jambon et fromage, a Roulé Cannelle and a Pumpkin Galette. All 3 were incredibly fresh with buttery layers. The honey ham and gruyère scroll was perfectly moist. Pumpkin Galette was heavy with filling and had a great texture It was still warm too! The Roulé Cannelle was well spiced and would be great with a warm apple cider. Natalie was friendly and accommodating. Order online now and you'll be glad you did. Well worth the bike ride to get there.

Some of the best baked goods in Vancouver. My favourites were the croissant, the double baked pain au chocolat noisette topped with whole hazelnuts, and the double baked almond croissant. The bergamot madeleines were also exquisite. I’ve ordered deliveries from Merci Boulangerie twice and communication was great with text updates about the delivery window and a photo update when the package was delivered.
Natalie is a true talent - highly recommend for a lil taste of Paris! The Pain au Chocolat is incredible and my partner loves the Roulé Jambon Fromage. Order online for next day pickup Wed and Fri or they deliver Tues and Sat!!
Grabbed a variety of their baking at the winter market and have been slowly savoring them over the last few days. I have a list in my head of the top bakeries in Vancouver and I feel like they've easily made it in the top five.
Everything I have had from here has been great. Just tried the two savory roules and they were great. Chocolate Bubka is wonderful and definitely the best croissants. The delivery works really well.
