Always willing to help. I've had this account for years (approx) 15 + years.  I have had no problems and always willing to talk and help with any situation I may have.

Tellers are rude and won't even look up when talking to you about a mistake on your account. Rude and unwilling to help. Manager Sandy refuses to call me back. All this because they chose NOT to make a phone call when my obviously dormant account had charges coming in. Instead they try to run it through 5 times and wipe my account leaving a - $100 balance. When I ask if there's anything they can do, they rudely say they can close my account and turn me into Telechek to ruin my credit (actual words). Having a supervisor call to apologize and say there is nothing you can do is not an answer. Refusing to call customers back is unacceptable.
