Sorry for those that rave about it here. But we felt the tacos had zero taste and flavour. Only thing we could taste was the tortillas. I made our own tacos at home that night and by far so much better. Great grocery store for your Mexican needs like corn tortillas, cojta cheese, and salsas. Then just make your own at home
What a nice place to go when needing some ingredients when making Mexican dishes. Menomex has whatever you may need. Don’t forget to stop and get a taco or burrito , or you can get a delicious tamale while checking out.
I love Mennomex! Food is great and I love that they have authentic Mexican groceries. My only thing is the employees at the HWY 3 location look miserable, like they never smile. Feels like you dampen their whole mood as soon as you walk in there. Like I just came to get some stuff, not out to inconvenience anyone. Zero star for hospitality.
I love checking out the unique items. Usually grab some random cookies or chocolate. Often purchase local soft corn tortillas as well.
An interesting place to stop just on the outskirts of Aylmer. Lots of interesting food and drinks to offer. Unfortunately they did not offer any hot food that was gluten free. Still worth a stop to check out different snacks. #localguides #notglutenfree #notgf
I've been coming here for years and the place has changed so much for the better. Now they have a place to order hot food to go or sit and eat at the picnic tables This place has an awesome selection of hot sauces! Flavourful to kick your butt I'm on fire sauce!! Lots of baking supplies including fresh produce and a fabric area of you choose to make your own clothes, curtains or whatever they have a decent selection and a discount bin. Staff is great and this little place is great too. Try their tamoles ! Hot and ready to go behind the cash out area

I live a couple hours from this place and still drive here occasionally. The burritos are the best I've had in Canada. The Tamales are excellent. There's a good selection of cheese and dried chilies. Love it.
What a unique and culturally authentic place to go at least one time in your life!The restaurant portion of the store serves amazing Mexican entrees.The original Mexican foods for sale is also outstanding.The fabric/gift store also is a major draw.
