I want to start out by saying how much I value having the freedom to make and present the food here. The second thing is about the flavour, along with the decorative toppings and the flavours of the syrup, which I really don't like because the flavours of the yoghurt are first and above all very sweet, the gummy is brittle and very hard, and the other toppings like bubble pearls or fruit no longer seem to be in fresh. I'm clueless when it comes to the syrups. Additionally, I believe it is preferable to arrange for a staff member to explain it to new customers rather than having them wait for the service member to ask a question before responding.
I like this place, the kids like it. The frozen yogurt tastes great and the kids like to choose the special toppings. Fun for kids.
Friendly staff except from one East Indian who is kind of rude. We love the selection, will definitely come back but not going to order from that staff. It's nice to eat ice cream happy in this beautiful weather.
Not gunna lie I was pretty excited to come here but when I got there I was pretty disappointed. Almost none of the dispensing machines were working, the toppings looked old and needed to be stocked, the girl working was not very friendly and gave off the type of attitude that she didn't care about anything you had to say and wouldn't even look at you when you were talking to her. Overall the customer service was trash. The tables weren't clean and the floor was sticky..... probably won't be going again next time I'm in Regina.
Yogurt was good, wasn't too busy. This review is based on the fact the store smelt like a dirty diaper that somebody tried to cover in perfume. I'd have a baby if thats what I wanted to smell while I ate...lol
Very yummy hope management is reading this wish you guys had protein frozen yogurt then I would for sure he there every day
Good place to take your kids for frozen yogurt. Many flavour and unlimited almost combinations of toppings. Store is clean and inviting. Store clerk was very friendly and knowledgeable. Be careful with your toppings ,however, it can get out of hand in terms of combination and price. One day my two kids had a bowl of yogurt each with toppings that cost me $24.
It's delicious and very fun! It can become costly with little ones so watch how much they put in. I love how they change their flavours and that they have a selection of games and a fun chalk board to draw on. Making their cakes is such a joy! I've done it twice already and I love doing it. You just ask how to make a custom cake and then they will give you a mini book to fill out. If your in a rush or not to sure what to do. They have pre made cakes in the freezer which are just as great too!
Great frozen yogurt place!
Amazing selection for the flavour of the yogurt and then the toppings are almost overwhelming there's so many to choose from, cookies, M&MS, fruit and syrup options, and they even have peanut butter sauce you can mix in/pour on top. Staff was friendly and service was prompt. The only reason my stars are so low is because of the price. My boyfriend and I went and didn't even half fill our cups and it was 17 freaking dollars. 100% worth it if you have the money to throw around though!
