WORST MENARDS FOR DELIVER TO! Lazy people, always gonna tell you “oh our shift change, we are about to start unloading you” eaven you are on dock already hour and half!!!
As of 11/21//22 a total of 8hr wait to get in and out the door. They're open pretty much weekends too but can only check in until 10pm which i did on a Sunday. 2hrs later at 12am they assigned me a door and at 6am the forklift driver was knocking my door like he was the dam police. The reason for 4 stars is because they check u in weekends and unload you overnight. Can't imagine checking in on a weekday at 6-7am yikes!
This is second time here but again took 3 hrs to unload only 5 pallets didn’t care about the drivers forklift are too lazy no restrooms
Drivers don't waste your time 8 hours of unloading if I have to I would give zero stars
Van load delivery 24hr loading 1or2hr ,clean restroom, overnight parking available, lots of space in dock area.
Was told I could park for a break ….. 8 hours later the transportation supervisor comes out and tells me that was not what I was told …. He should have been a state cop …. But they are not on that big of a power trip ….. thanks Menards ….. disabled and put out on a county road to sleep ….. you just joined the list of people who think we are animals ….. but I am done delivering any of your products …. LOWES LETS US STAY WHEN WE DELIVER FOR THEM !!!
The last 3 times I was there the load I was picking up was ready and there wasnt anyone around to help was there for over an hour waiting for help. Very disorganized
Unfortunately same ad all other drivers. Came in at 12:36pm, got a dock immediately and was being offloaded until 6pm. Lost my second load for the day... complete waste of day. half a trailer empty at 4:30pm
7.5 hours to unload half of a van trailer. Completely screwed my day and my home time plans. I have never had to wait this long to be unloaded anywhere else in the country. I will refuse any load coming here again.
