I appreciate the effort put in by management if there is a problem. I see a lot of complaints about not being able to help load products. It is Menards policy. Don't blame the store employees. Fort Dodge is lucky to have a Menards or they would be driving a long ways to get what they can in their own town!

Most of the time I can always find what I am looking for. Accoiates are very helpful and knowagble. Love the bags at checkout. There the best.
