The team of 2 employees are very efficient in replacing our furnace. They did an excellent job in about 3.5 hours. Removed the old furnace, installed & tested the new furnace ensuring it function properly. Very neat job, cleaning everything, left the furnace room spotless after completion. Great experience with Rick Menard Heating and Cooling. Right from the initial consultation with Keith right through to the final walk through for our new furnace and heat pump, everyone was professional and explained everything thoroughly. Keith had a nice, no pressure approach to the consultation, which we appreciated. Adrien and Thomas did the installation and they were easy to talk to and answered all of our questions thoroughly and patiently. I would recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service - very fast and professional for a disabled furnace replacement from Stephane the diagnostics tech to Luc the owner in quotation and assembling 4 installers for the next morning .
