Look at the size of those fries! Says it all. Combo for two. We left with 4 different take out plates. The food tastes great. The only minus for me was that all the base sauces seem to have a similar flavour profile. Would have loved my pulled pork to be clearly distinct from the beef taste. Anyways it was delicious.
Alphabet Dinner Club took us to Memphis Fire BBQ in Stoney Creek tonight. Mmmm...mmmmm...good! Best ribs I've had in a long time. The brisket, pulled pork and honey butter fried chicken were big hits as well - so delicious Even their sides were scrumptious- cornbread, baked beans with brisket and tater tots! Oh...and one of our party had the apple crumble for dessert. The aroma was fantastic but he ate it all so fast before I could sample it Our server, Kathy, was a hoot and just added to the fun. Thanks for a great night - we'll be back!
Picked up a take out order and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The portions were huge. The inside of the restaurant looks very vintage and retro, will have to come back again to try more food. The buffalo chicken wrap and poutine were delicious.
Went with 6 people, booking was easy. Table was ready for us early. Incredible service by Cathy. The food came very quickly and it was spectacular. The sides were all great but I recommend the premium Mac n cheese over the regular one. Worth the difference in price. Slider combo was perfect for a first timer to try all three meats. The CBR was also incredible.
Great atmosphere, super-friendly quick service and some seriously impressive food. Top quality meat, great flavour. Truly a must go-to place. Can't wait to return mgFood: 5/5
Pulled pork and brisket was excellent. The ribs were a bit dry and not too meaty. I'd skip those and get either a brisket or pulled pork next time. About 30 mins wait for a table on Saturday.
I happened upon Memphis Fire BBQ and what a treasure! Lori, the owner and her partner created this Diner and she was an excellent server! The food was so fresh, so ample and delicious! I'll return when I'm in Winona!
GUYSSSSSSS!!!!! . This right here is a little sneak peak into @memphisfirebbq ! . I still need a minute because I cannot seem to get out of this Food Coma!!! . This place was recommended and I 100% stand behind this recommendation. HOT CHILLY DOG DANG-IT!!! No words. Totally hit the spot. The Burger was Juicy...Big and Messy- BUT dammmmmmmm! . Apparently the Brisket had a nice smoky flavor too it.....and CAN I JUST SAY..... GEEEEEE WEEEEE! That dang'ol Mac N Cheese was filled with pure Naughtiness- seriously don't even know how to describe it. . If you want a good Barbecue Take-out or dine in Restaurant ....Try these guys out. I have attached their menu slide away Good Burger-God almighty!!!
Memphis fire bbq is our go to for bbq in Stoney creek. Their old school, coca cola and piggy decor is amazing. My favourite dish is their juicy, flavourful brisket. Second fave is the pulled pork followed by the ribs in their sweet sauce. I love their mac n cheese and tater tot sides. Their corn bread was on the dry side the last time I had it. We have also ordered take out from here and they are so organized and timely.
Food was phenomenal. We got the fried chicken, spicy tater tots, ribs, Mac and cheese, biscuits and milkshakes. So much delicious flavour. The ribs were a little dry but loved the bbq sauce on them. Also, the homemade ranch was unbelievably good. One downside was that the hostess sat people at our table which I thought was a little weird as there was many other open tables. We quickly finished our meals at that point because we felt like we couldn’t talk without hearing each others conversations. Besides that, I will definitely be back again! Lovely staff as well.
