Memorial West Park

It was a nice park with lots of benches and a large sand area. There are plenty of huge trees for shade and a nice washroom facility close by. The best part of this park was that the dog owners were very respectful and did not bring their dogs into the children's play area to urinate like every other park I've been to.

This very delightful community park on Dunbar Street has always been one of our favourite destinations as we have lived in the Dunbar area for 40 years.. there are many activities to this very delightful green space..I was a baseball coach years ago and there was pure enjoyment in watching the young athletes laugh, challenge themselves and just enjoy the physical involvement in this group activity.. the community centre has many programs, the tennis courts and lawn bowling offer physical engagement and pure entertainment.. there are many benches and walking pathways throughout the park and the children’s play area is very well used...

Beautiful park in a cute neighborhood. I was mostly at the playground with my kids. The zip line was popular. Big beautiful trees offer plenty of shade.

There's a beautiful ocean shore and a view of the mountains across the bay. Great place for walks, jogging, sun tanning or small picnics. There's a public washroom but no public Wi-Fi. In terms of eating only 1 place on the beach but In a few steps on Yew street there is a Starbucks, a gelateria and a big choice of restaurants.

Lots of room for everyone to enjoy some r and r time , play sports, exercise, lots of places to sit or playgrounds for the kids, bike or walk and some awesome restaurants just down the block if you get hungry. Definitely recommend worth getting out of house for lol.

Great place to play tennis. Six courts with smooth surfaces. Was quite busy though...

Lovely, local park that serves the larger community. Little league through the spring and summer, soccer in the fall and spring for neighborhood kids. A great playground area too, suitable for little ones alike! Community center is part of the same property, offering various arts & sports programs, plus the fitness center is well equipped for working out. Squash court is also available for use! Enjoy!

A lovely park with tall trees in the back area in a nice residential neighborhood and also behind the Dunbar community center. They also have a baseball field, tennis court and a lawn bowling club and a playground for the kids. All in one park.

Big park but also has a community center there as well. It is a pretty clean place even though it is a big park. Worth taking your kid's there

Lovely, sizable, neighborhood park behind the Dunbar Community Centre with a baseball diamond, tennis court, a lawn bowling club, playground and a small trail area with tall trees. And importantly, they do have washrooms!
