I had an appointment with the ophthalmologist on the 9th floor of this building. The problem was that it was difficult to find the elevator to the ninth floor. It is close to TD bank
I had an appointment booked 2 weeks in advance to get 4 pages of a disability form filled out today. They notified me today, hours before my appointment that they are refusing to fill out any forms without payment first, and that even with payment today, I couldn't get it done. I feel beyond screwed over and I'm going to miss rent this month because of their greed and abrupt policy change. The honorable thing to do wouldve been to not book anymore appointments, but still complete the ones that were already booked. Their word means absolutely nothing, and they'll screw you over too when it serves them.nnI wouldn't recommend this clinic under any circumstance for their dishonesty, especially when nearby clinics like coaldale Health center offer the same service, but with actual integrity. Unbelievable.
I had to come here 3 times in a month for rabies vaccination at AHS. First, i did not wait more than 5 mins every time i went, i was called in right away. I had a different nurse each time and all of them were very friendly and kind. They got everything done quickly and got me out of there fast but not without empathy and care. The nurses at the lethbridge ER could and should really learn from them.
Free parking for 2 hours, no public bathroom, wheelchair accessible.
No benches by north exit to wait for Access-a-Ride… nor any benches within sight of the doors.
