A friend recommended going here and I am very impressed with the professionalism and work performed. I had an issue with my alternator not charging my battery. Brought vehicle in they tested system and found alternator needed replacement. I brought car in at 11 and received a call that car was fixed at 3:30. They were fast, efficient, friendly and the price was right. I would highly recommend. Greg was a pleasure to deal with. Will be using Meineke now for my auto needs.Services: Battery
The customer service was exceptional at this location! They not only got my vehicle repairs done in a timely fashion, but they fully explained each part of my vehicle that needed a repair and why. I feel like I was able to make an informed decision to proceed with the repairs because of the care that they put into their clients! I will be back for sure. Thank you!
Greg and the team at this location were great. My JDM Nissan Elgrand had a flat tire and they got it on the lift right away to diagnose a nail puncture. Service was friendly and quick. If I need any more work in the future I'll be back.Service: Tires
First of all Greg is so kind and looked out for my best interest when I was there. I got my heater core repaired and my heat was not working perfectly after and Greg assured me I could call them and take in the car again without any hassle. My car got looked at right away and then we realized it was my heater core and thermostat that needed to both be fixed. They fixed it quickly and it wasn’t to expensive. I have had oil changes here also and they tell you exactly what is good and what is not so good in your vehicle. Very honest! Thank you!Service: General repairs & maintenance
After calling around to three other car repair shops, Meineke was they only one that allowed me to come in without an appointment and diagnosed my car free of charge. I went in because it was making a rumbling sound and was even louder when pressing gas. Before even taking a look at my car they told me what the problem was from hearing it when I pulled up. After they looked at it, they confirmed that my catalytic converter was stolen and was able to repair it right away. The customer service was awesome.Service: Auto exhaust system repair
Went to the dealer to get my toyota SUV fixed as it wouldn't engage into 4wd and they quoted me 2500 dollars. Took it to the good people at Meineke and helped me find a transfer case actuator and diagnose the problem. Only charged me one hour labor as only one part had to be replaced. Kevin and Abdul are ones to go to for all your mechanical needs, offer quick repair, fast turn around and are very affordable!

This Meineke Barlow trail NE is just awesome place for me to get my vehicles fixed. Gregg is a nice guy, crew has alot of knowledge on what they do, pricing is fair lower than dealership. Just like other people posting messages here, I went in for an oil change. I was told that my brakes were so unsafe that my vehicle should not be on the road. They refused to do the oil change unless I did the brakes too. The brake pads were low, but it was not an emergency as they claimed. I got the brakes done elsewhere for 20% less than I was quoted at Meineke. These guys occasionally use high pressure sales tactics.Service: Oil change
