Appriciate the response from owner as he explained it is busy time of the year and they perform a thorough inspection of the car to make sure that your car is safe, inspect for any other issues and the process takes 40min to an hour. I would prefer this type of service which is priced very reasonable rather than a simple oil change at higher price from any other place. Ill drop by next time for oil change. Thanks again for following up, I really appreciate that and it reflects that you care for your customers.

I would like give this place a 4.5 star not a 5 and here is why: Let's talk about the appearance of the shop and waiting area; could use a floor sweep a wash and maybe dust the cobwebs. Sounds petty, but a clean shop makes a world of difference to the customers sitting in it. Front desk staff greeted me as I walked in the door. She appeared friendly and even greeted my son. I brought my car in for an e-test and while it was in I got brakes done and a new battery. E-test and brake inspection took about an hour or two, which is fine since they do have other cars to work on. Brakes couldn't be done right away since it was the end of the day and they didn't want to rush to get it done for safety reason, which is fine because I want a braking system that works. Shane gave me options for brakes at reasonable prices and gave me a quote on a new battery. Brake prices were spot on and the battery price was less than quoted. Shane also offered a rental car for the night for which they paid for which was above and beyond since most mechanic do not offer that option unless your going back to your dealer. On day of pick up the car was repaired first thing in the morning and was done before I finished my coffee. Final total was reasonable. I would be happy to go back for future repairs and service. Oh and if your into rewards they do offer a points reward system. Get a 1000 points and your next oil change is free. Free is always better. **Shane I need new tires next summer we will discuss your prices and see if it's comparable**

Been coming here many, many years (with different vehicles), and THEY ARE THE BEST Oshawa has to offer. You are in good hands with Shane and his team! Excellent Customer Service and solid trustworthy tech work keeps me and my family coming back! A solid 10 out of 10 rating!

DON'T COME HERE for any car maintenance. Very snaky and dishonest people. They charge you for extra services you don't ask for. I've been here twice and both experiences were terrible. Oil changes are falsely advertised as $29.99. They charge you all these ridiculous fees such as towel fees which end up costing more than oil changes in other places. Overall, a very dishonest business who try to trick their customers of their money. Will never come here again.
