We dined here twice before and had both hibachi and sushi. They all tastes amazing. Our group liked the cocktails and hibachi experience. The sushi roll and sashimi also taste very delicious. They use top quality fishes for the dish, and the texture and flavors shows that. The best hibachi grill and sushi restaurant in town!Dine in: Yes
Stopped in for lunch on recommendation from Duluth Trading employee. Wow! What a show-stopper! Sat at sushi bar, had a lovely experience. Recommendation from sushi chef was spot-on, utterly delicious, like a religious experience. Will definitely be back! Server was attentive and fast. No problem requesting gluten-free soy sauce. Green tea was the best!
One of my favorite sushi places! We’ve always try out other sushi spots and My husband and I still think Meiji is the best! They have quick and friendly service. I also think the prices are reasonable. We’ve been here multiple times and have never been disappointed. We got the sushi and sashimi for two and we left full and still had some leftovers.
The food is great, all of the sushi was great. The ginger dressing in the salad was also good. I got the sushi dinner and the Alaskan roll. There wasn't a ton of rice on the maki rolls which I actually really liked! I was able to really taste what was going on in the center. The servers were quick and top notch, they didn't make me feel weird for ordering by myself. My only complaint is that the pendant lights were flickering weirdly for a while, and it was getting a bit annoying to look at. I will be coming back! Parking: The parking lot is a smidge weird, it goes up hill but it's not too bad to get to
First time at this place. Delicious food made fresh right in front of you!! It was fun. The chef was very personable and friendly. The food was outstanding! The price? Not so much. BUT, it's worth the experience! I advise anyone to try it. Features: All the staff were wearing masks. The place was extremely clean and sanitary.
The food was super delicious. But I ordered a lunch special and they forgot to add the soup and salad. The hostess was on her phone behind the corner out of sight. A server came 5 min later to help with my takeout order.
Best Sushi and Hibachi place in the west suburb of Milwaukee. Operation for several years. Had Sushi and Hibachi meals so many times, never let you down. Always recommend to family and friends.
Picked 2 appetizers for lunch. Hot and sour soup and grilled calamari. Both were delicious but soup was barely warm and calamari was not piping hot either. Will try again for sure.
Always busy but there is quite a lot of staff to get the job done. Also has a bar for just a beer or while waiting. Food is tasty, enjoyed General Tso much more than the Sushi and or Rolls they all came cut in different sizes of the same. The Hibachi grills are always packed with people. Sitting furthest from the entrance makes for a quiet sitting. Make reservations or get there early. The restaurant is clean and never see anyone just standing around. Will go back.
Had the best time. Had hibachi, the food is awesome, service is always great. Our chef was amazing and very entertaining. I really love this place
