Meijer Pharmacy

My doctor recommended I pick up my medication at meijer because it was expensive and he had a coupon for me. The woman informed me that they were out of my medication and I could pick it up the following day. She also informed me that the medication would be covered by insurance and I didn't need the coupon. I handed it to her and she disposed of it for me. When I came in to pick up my medication a new pharmacist assisted me and told me that this medication WAS NOT COVERED by insurance and that I'd have to pay in full. THE ONLY REASON I WENT TO MEIJER WAS FOR THAT COUPON AND THEY THREW IT OUT BECAUSE I "DIDNT NEED IT". Thanks Meijer. You basically threw MY MONEY in the trash.

They keep answering and hanging up. When I finally get in touch with someone, they ask if you can hold and hang up. Horrible service. The automated system calls me everyday all day telling me my prescription is ready but as soon as I go pick it up it isn't ready. They also almost never have any medication.

They are always so friendly here. They try to keep the waiting to a minimum.

They are in the midst of a remodel but they still remain committed to customer satisfaction. Refills are simple and the earnings on mperks is fabulous.

When my Doctor prescribed Atorvastatin, he told me Meijer fills & refills 30 day supplies for free. It's been more than 3 years now and the offer still holds. Yes, I prepare and plan my Meijer shopping for my pickup trip. Thank you Meijer.
