Every single time i go here to pick up a prescription im allways told 30 to 40 minute waite no matter what day or time its very ridiculous.Hire more staff to get those scripts filled faster

Tried getting a prescription there. Wife's doc unfortunately sent it to Cedar Springs but was informed by the Pharm Tech in BR that it would only be about 40 minutes. We had other things to do so decided just to come back in the morning. The next day they hadn't gotten it filled yet...after a 15 minute wait was told it's because it they didn't have it. Would have to order it. So now on Wednesday am told it's not in yet. Thursday I check again and they STILL don't have it but show that it WILL be there on Friday. Hey guess what I'm told on Friday, nope, not only NOT filled yet, but they can't get what was prescribed...would we be ok with a pill that was double dosed and just break in half. Sure I understand that not every medication known to man can be on hand 24/7...but if you're having troulble filling a prescription, a little communication goes a long way. Show's what they think of their customers....or former customers. Good lord I'm glad it wasn't a medication or something...oh wait...
