Great dealership. I bought a 2019 Honda Touring there and they were very good at getting me what I wanted in terms of both price and vehicle.nI worked with Orlando who was a great salesman. He even helped me out with some pilot error issues I had after the purchase. Really easy person to work with.
I had the worst experience. I dropped off my car to Honda for repairs, and they said it would take a week. When I went to pick up my car a week later, it was in disarray, and more than $2000 worth of my belongings were missing. The next day, I went to the Honda dealership to report this, and the service manager said they would check the security cameras and get back to me. However, it's been five days, and I haven't heard anything from them. The service technician was very kind, and I would give him five stars, but the manager's attitude and service were terrible. I advise others who take their car here to ensure they leave nothing inside the vehicle.
I ordered a 2024 Honda Civic from this dealership, with a promised wait time of three months. I paid the deposit to secure the order, but after three months passed without the car arriving, I contacted the dealership numerous times, only to be met with various excuses. This cycle continued for seven months, leaving me frustrated. Eventually, I insisted on canceling my order and requested a refund of my deposit. Despite visiting the dealership twice to reclaim my money, again I got excuses, such as the relevant financial person being unavailable, etc. They assured me they would send a cheque to my address ASAP, but it took almost two months to receive it. I suspect they sold my car to another customer who offered more than the estimated cost I was given. They continuously made excuses to avoid fulfilling their commitment to me over seven months. I highly recommend avoiding this dealership, as they seem to lack ethics and scam customers for as long as they can.

How many stupid and careless people work in their maintenance service. Booked oil change of my car on Friday 21 May 2024. When I went there, they said that there is no booking. Came back and called again on May 28 to make a booking. The lady on the phone was so unprofessional and rude. She was in a hurry and didn't listen to me. She told me that your booking is done. I am emailing you. It's been two days, no contact, no email. They just waste people's time
