I ‘m basically a person who does’nt put reviews but sometimes you have to do it to make other people aware about the service the place is actually providing. I had an appointment with a girl named “AMY” and i booked an appointment for brow and lash tint, Upon arriving she asked me again and i told her while showing my e-mail that this is what i actually looking for. She said ahh what is this lash tint now?? She said that i “ll be only doing brow wax and brow tint. Then she finished the whole procedure within 2/3 minutes and the tint she applied on my brows was not even on point then the bill asked me to pay was 53$ which was way too much according to the service i got. Respect your client and value money and time.
Really disappointed with this place. I have been here a few times before and it was fine. I had booked an appointment a week prior for last Saturday, Sept 10 with Sophie. I arrive on time and the girl at the front desk says it will be a few minutes as she’s just “finishing up”. They don’t have a waiting area and gave no guidance as to where I should wait so I ended up awkwardly standing around near the products. A couple customers thought I worked there. It was very awkward and there were several empty salon chairs so not sure why I couldn’t have just sat there to wait instead of making me stand in the middle of a small store. 10 mins pass when another girl from the front desk comes up and says Sophie is running behind and will be at least another 20 min and asked if I can leave and come back. The only hair stylist there was still washing someones hair….. I said no, I can’t. I was already feeling anxious and this increased it x100. The girl from the front desk was apologetic and said if I rebook I’ll get a discount. Ended up rebooking but cancelled it the next day. Left the store feeling awkward, anxious and quite frankly embarrassed? Sophie, in the future when you’re behind by a whole 30+ minutes then call your client and let them know.

Worst experience…booked an appointment for hair colour. They took an advance charge saying if I don’t show up on time, the money will not be refunded. When I reached at the time of my appointment, the girl at the reception answered very casually that the girl who was supposed to do my hair colour is on leave and they missed out informing me. She asked me to reschedule it to a date after one week or else go to any other location…seriously they lack courtesy and professionalism..I asked them to refund my money….will never go back to them.
So unprofessional. My appointment was booked at a different time then I had confirmed that it was scheduled for. I was told upon coming in that they had no time for me, called me 15 minutes later and said I could come back as the stylist was available. About 10 minutes later was told again that the a client had come in and they could no longer take me. Essentially, I was a backup after they had messed up, and there was no actual guarantee of fitting me in. The receptionist was completely defensive and insisted she never guaranteed that I could come back in. In the middle of a snowstorm where roads are dangerous, this was so unprofessional and frustrating.Service: Hairstyling
Best Stylist Ever by Far is Nicaiyla. She is the best for styles and bridal undoes and curls. She is god sent i’ve never had curls hold for so long for a wedding. I’d 10 stars if i could, thank you NICKY!!Services: Hairstyling
